Loved the standard queen room I was given, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was right by North Shore.

The hotel itself was comfortable and everything was terrific. The rooms were modern and wonderful, had down pillows. The private parking was on site, great service. The location was comfortable, at a medium distance from Pnc Park Baseball Stadium.

Everything was great, the parking was onsite, the room was brand-new. The personnel was amicable and competent. The breakfast was included and had a lot of meals. This hotel was comfortable and I will be back.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Wonderful, comfy room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Particularly good location of the hotel, next to Downtown attractions, which mostly involved the North Shore, and city center, the Strip, Andy Warhol museum and sport arenas.

The shuttle service provided by Comfort Inn was fantastic, they picked me up from Pitt on time and made my trip convenient. I recommend this great hotel.

Clean, spacious rooms with great breakfast. The shuttle service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful drivers willing to take guests everywhere they needed to go.
The parking charge was unexpected and not disclosed beforehand. The noise level from traffic and neighboring guests was quite high, leading to a poor night's sleep.
